one for the geeks
rather than use a traditional software development lifecycle model, like the waterfall model or spiral model, we've decided on a novel paradigm for our current project: the mercury model. with the mercury SDLC, we work with a constantly morphing semisolid mass that never reaches a state of permanance.

and of course, it'll kill us all in the end.
